Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is quote based on mileage, # of vehicles, crew size and access. Delivery is available on a first come first serve basis. It is possible our delivery schedule becomes fully booked on certain dates. Between delivery and pickup, the renter agrees to provide a secure storage location for rented items and accepts all risks for the agreed upon rental period. Rentals must be left in the same condition as they were upon delivery or pick up. Please refer to the Revelry & Co contract for details.
Do Rentals need to be returned clean?
Dishes, glassware, flatware and service items need to be cleaned and dry unless agreed upon prior to final payment. A cleaning fee may be added to the quote if needed. Linen must be free of debris and dry. Food/wine stains are not considered damage. Linen damages will be charge for burns, tears, permanent markers, mildew, was and excessive soil.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due prior to delivery. Final payment link will be sent out a week prior to the event. The final payment includes a refundable damage deposit that is required on a credit/debit card.
How do I confirm my order?
Once we provide a quote, your rentals are on hold for 1 week. To confirm your reservation, we will need 20% non refundable deposit. You can always add to your reservation, pending availability.
